Our Story
Dumoulin Trucking began as a revelation in 2004 when Leon Dumoulin identified the need for a dependable method to transport topsoil for the small independent business he operated with his brother. In February 2005, Leon purchased his first pre-owned dump truck to begin trucking as an owner-operator. Leon’s journey into business initially began at Dumoulin Fishing Tackle, a family-owned fishing and hunting retail operation started by his grandfather and carried into a second generation by his parents.
As demand for trucking gradually increased, so did the size of the fleet. Recognizing the business’s potential, Leon and his wife, Kathy, made the joint decision for her to join the company full-time. Dumoulin Trucking began to grow steadily, focusing on building strong relationships and providing dependable service.
We are more than a trucking company—we are a family on the move. At Dumoulin Trucking, our skilled team drives a versatile fleet with heart and dedication, supported by our top-tier maintenance shop and DriveOn Inspection Centre. Under the guidance of our operations manager, we have also expanded into third-party equipment servicing, continuing to focus on quality, safety, and responsiveness.

Aggregates
We have a fleet of trucks to handle all your aggregate hauling needs. From smaller jobs to full sized construction requiring large volumes of material to be transported. Centrally located in Northern Ontario we are positioned to make sure your job schedule is not delayed due to long wait times for the material that you need to continue.

Dumoulin Trucking has unified safety, fleet management, and equipment monitoring in one driver safety system that provides E-log, in-cab AI dashcam system, forward facing camera system, GPS, and more.
Camera feeds allow us to record trips and review any hazards.
Live GPS tracking allows us to find our trucks at all times. Routes are also recorded so they can be reviewed.
